What makes our Honey Special

We feel our Kent honey truly reflects its source in the heart of rural Kent. Sited in Woodlands and non commercial land. We think it has a lovely unique flavour profile.

When is our Honey Available

Our Honey is small batch and generally we take an early Spring Flow that captures the first flavours of the season, and then the main crop in August. In busy seasons we also have a small run of early summer honey, which is again is a different profile form the later main season.
